The blonde listened to her other form’s words and smiled at the wisdom held behind them all. “Even if I don’t remember this conversation, I’m sure you will, but I feel like even if I do forget this, it will stay somewhere within me,” she said quietly. “Thank you so much, for both warning me, and for helping. I won’t give in to anyone, and I’ll continue on as normal.”
"No need to thank me, silly— you just keep doing what you’re doing, alright? I’m sure this would sound strange under any other circumstances, but…I’m glad I got to have this little talk with myself, former me or otherwise."
"Have a safe trip back to the barracks, alright? It’s been an honor to meet you— or should I say me?"
"Thank you for giving me a reminder that some things never change…Historia."
The younger nodded, remembering that of course the girl would know her true name- she was herself after all. “I will; and it has been an honour to meet you too, me,” she smiled. Meeting herself was something she would never have counted on happening to her, or anyone for that matter. She had always considered it impossible. But then, people did tell her that nothing was impossible; maybe this was just an example of that.
